Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

First Car - Any Recommendations

    Hey,

Am looking in to buying my first car, I'm on a learner's permit, and have only ever driven a FOrd Fiesta. I don't have that much experience driving, but really want to get to it.

I'm really not an expert on motors... so, can anyone recommend good cars/type of cars/brands for a learner driver? Any advice would be so much appreciated! :)

How much do you want to spend?

A Mk5 fiesta would be a good bet, or a Mk1 Focus if you want to spend a bit less. I learned to drive in a Fiesta initially, and then a Focus.

I agree. I got a MK5 fiesta last summer. Very good car.. Ok on petrol and learner friendly.
