Thought Id share a few more pics because Ive done a **** load of work on this.
    Its now working 100% :D

    So far Ive
cleaned the bejasus out of it
fixed the revolving lamp up top.
fixed some of the general lighting,
New bulb holders for the pop bumpers
    Fixed the right flippers
fixed the gear shifter.up was down down was up!
fixed the up/down ramp at the back was bent and not working as it should.
Fixed an optical switch in the supercharger.
Changed two IC chips I blew up :o
All in all some easy fixes to get it right!

I also added a load of LEDS as the game is crazy dark.I like to play in the dark too and every body that played it mentioned how dark it was!
    so a before and after.

    I added this Lambo too!

Going to add a cop car in there too with flashing lights when I can find one.

Im super happy with how this game has come out.
It plays completely different to the tales from the cypt.
Every thing about it feels different!
I think I've developed a soft spot for Williams games :D

Looks brilliant, might have to add a few lights to brighten mine up.
really think a set of these mirror blades will brighten it up

yep mirror blades are cool but silly money
100e for two bits of perspex!
I think they'd get in the way of lifting the playfield tho?
theres a mirror sticker film you can get.
    I might try that ,
    They have some in work

yep, would deffo get in the way of lifting the playfield, mines a pretty tight fit as is.
I was thinking double sided velcro tape could hold them on, for easy removal before lifting the playfield.
I wonder would it be possible to make them on say 2mm perspex and use car window mirror tint on them, could be polished up lovely as the tint would be on the back.

No I lie, they just had it in a bar a few years back and I made the missus take a photo as I loved it so much. :D

I cannot for the life of me remember :D I think New York?

It was in a dive bar, I walked in to take a slash and ended up spending all my coins playing The Getaway.

Never played it before but instantly fell in love, it's a really fun game (seems really accessible too if you're not too familiar with pins - ie, me!) and turned me on to the idea of wanting to get a machine - something I'd never really considered.

    They do look great though!
    Especially the "Rebellious" versions!

Won't someone please think of the children though?

The game would look super fresh with them in fairness,
maybe santa will bring a set.
It does have at least 6 broken/chipped pieces.
the left sling shot plastic is really bent too and thats about 30e alone so its not bad value i suppose but the shipping is
