Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

've always been very wary about forking out money for a doctors appointment and generally just fight through any sickness. Have electric picnic though this weekend and a chest infection I need to get rid of quick!

How much do doctors generally charge these days?

    Generally it's €50

There are antibiotics that can clear a chest infection in 3 days - I know as I get them regularly enough. As medical advice is not allowed on here, I recommend you ask your doctor about it.

Cheers yeah I think its Augmentin a friend gave me before. I'd just go buy that if it wasn't for prescriptions.

Thought it was about 60 for the doc so a little less than I thought anyway!

Doctors vary, my doctor is €55, but I've heard of both more and less expensive than that.

My Doctor is 60e, If your feeling very unwell and going to electric picnic it would be best to get it seen too.

augmentin on its own wont clear a chest infection , you will need something along with it
