Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello, last July i moved in dublin and I work here now, I've just registered my 9 seats Renault trafic (1870cc diesel vehicle, made in 2002, left drive), and I'm looking for an insurance, we use it as a family van as I've got 6 children, I haven't got any claims or point lost in the last 6 year, but it seem hard to find an insurer for a 9 seats vehicle, could you help me?     First of all, it will be expensive as it appears you have no prior insurance history in Ireland?

    Secondly, enter the Irish reg into www.chill.ie It will give you an estimate.

    Thirdly, google for "insurance broker ireland" and ring a few of them to get some quotes.

    Thank you, I've tried lots of brokers and insurers directly but without lucky, I'll try chill hopefully will work...

    First thing you need to do is get your licence transferred to an Irish one, this will give a cheaper quote. The vehicle you have been LHD will be more expensive to insure than a RHD vehicle.
