Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi to all,

    We are running a thump boxing cse, on Sunday 9th November, in st pauls boxing club.
    If anyone would like to attend pm me here or look us up on Facebook, thanks.

    On the course you will learn how to hold focus pads for standard and adv techniques, how to instruct and demonstrate basic punches related to boxing for fitness.

    How to instruct and co-ordinate safe and effective boxing for fitness classes. How to teach advanced techniques using hook punches, and duck/weaving.

    Thump takes the principles of professional boxing training as well as the principles of functional fitness training and combine them to form a unique training regime.

    Thump can be thought to all types of trainers in the health and fitness industry

    At the end of the course you will get a certificate of completion.

    Limited Spaces

    Course Fee: € 70.00

    Open to all clubs and associations.

    Payment must be payed a week before course starts, payment non refundable.

    Lunch will be form 1pm -1.30pm and a 15min break in
    the afternoon.

    You will Need: water, towel, writing material.

    Is this a boxercise, boxing for fitness type thing?
    If so, you might be better off posting in the fitness forum. More likely to reach people looking for these courses over there.
