    The wires coming from the bridge are incredibly fine though and they snap if you even look at them wrong.

    I thought that would be the case with the Barts in the bass... but I was wrong... damn wrong. Dunno, I had a bad experience with DiMarzio's years ago and have been reluctant to use them since :(

    Tbh, the pickups are going to be covered most of the time by your picking hand anyway so it's up to the player. I like the blackness. Suppose I could always draw silver dots on them...

    No, my scallop was most successful. Love the feeling. But it's the nut and the way the shelf was cut. Ewww.
