Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

There are many places that create temp e-mail address that can last for 10min. after that there gone.

Was it a friend or someone you know that mailed you?

Here's and example of a mail that can change every 10 min.

It's also very possible to send an email from a fictitious address. Many newsletters do it, such as "newsletter-noreply@website.org". If you attempt to respond it'll bounce.

For all intents and purposes it's exactly the same as sending a letter and making up a reply-to address and writing that on it.
