Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,I bought a coat from boohoo.com recently but unfortunately it was way to small for me,so I returned item via post office today,they didn't gave me any receipt,because they said it is free post.I actually was very worried,because coat was 55 euro worth ,so what happens if they will loose my parcel?
    Then again I read in internet,do I need notify Boohoo,com before I posted a coat back to them?

    I've returned items before, I just put it back in the package provided with the address. I never contacted them, just posted it off , received my refund within a week.

    There's an option in your email you get from them saying if your returning it
