When to stop wearing an underwire bra

    Just wondering I cant remember from my first but is there a certain time they say you should stop wearing an underwire bra - there is something saying to me that it is not good to wear them when expecting?

    Never heard this before. Don't see why you can't as long as they fit you properly and feel comfortable.

    Ditto - there is absolutely no safety concern (scaremongering in pregnancy is everywhere!) - however as the pregnancy progresses the ole non-wired may be comfier. It's not so much due to weight gain as it is to your ribcage expanding to accommodate the rugrat AFAIK.

    Ha this happened to me on my first, my ribcage went up from 34 to 36 and never came back down :( Reckon it was all the hormone relaxin. Apparently some womens' feet can go up a size too and likewise never go back down. Ah the joys of pregnancy ;)
