Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have the same problem with a HTC explorer.

It seems fairly widespread with no fix that i could see.

    Last HTC phone i buy.

I think its just a software issue.
The thing with HTC phones is, if you have the stock software on it, you can just install/reinstall the RUU from the HTC dev website.
It'll completely wipe your phone, in fairness, but at least you'll never get to the stage where you can never turn it on. Its always fixable easily.

I'd try turn the phone on by holding the volume down, and then press power.
Another way is to hold the back button and then power on.

Another option, if you know how to use fastboot, and have the android sdk installed, is to type "fastboot oem boot" (i think. Not 100% on the exact command) and that will force the phone to load the corrupted software/ROM, and then u can back it up and reinstall.
