Hi all, looking for some recent experiences of anyone who has gotten a mortgage with the council? I know the criteria but am wondering do they ACTUALLY give them out?

A colleague of mine got one last year from Fingal. Process appeared to be relatively straight forward once they were able to prove they met the criteria.
