    Depending when serviced last
    New nozzle
New flexi oil line or lines if two pipe system
    New boiler gaskets
And there could be more depending on the condition of the boiler

Depending on what part of the country your in for a proper service by a reg contractor you should pay between €70-
€90.Again a lot depends on the condition if the boiler and what needs to be done.

Is this what you mean, and could it be used between tank and boilerhouse, and is it 'walk proof' (wont collaspe if someone walked or stood on it,when laid flat on the ground)

Yes it's what he means , and absolutely not to the rest of your question

That's a flexi oil line and exactly what I was talking about.
Flexi oil lines are only for use at the boiler and in the case of a outdoor boiler they can only be used inside the boiler casing.

not being smart but "the parts that need to be changed".

The changing of parts is much smaller a part of an oil boiler service than people seem to think.

A good service person will be observing and visually checking every aspect of the boiler, flue and tank from the moment they arrive.

every component and part of the boiler, burner, tank, flue and oil line should be checked.

    after that its cleaning time.

then we get to replacing what needs to replaced.

then it all gets put back together, then fired up and set up.

followed by writing up a service report and informing the owner of what was done and what may need to be done.

but anyway the general consumable parts are

    nozzle every 6/12 months
    flexi hose(s) 1/2 years
gaskets and seals(vairies greatly depending on boiler)
    disposal oil filters

and the parts that may need to be changed after inspection
    every thing:p
