I work regular shifts through a recruitment agency on a week to week basis. The “account manager” I feel is treating me unfairly, as she now only gives me 2 shifts per week and the other girls get a lot more shifts from her. Have you tried asking her (politely) what the problem is? Experience and education don't count for nearly as much as client feedback - maybe the client is unhappy with you.
