Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you have 2 weeks holidays booked off work, and you give one weeks notice to finish before the week is up, can your employer withhold your holiday pay ??

They have to pay any holiday you are due, i.e. if you've got 24 days a year and your last day of work is 31st of August you're due 16 (24*8/12) days of holiday pay assuming you've taken no time off so far that year.
