Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Was I wrong to think that sky give their STB for free? currently it is E49 for new customers and they also seem to be charging E6 for the sky go.

You dont need to multiroom to have sky go for free. Its available free with any Sky pack and 2 devices can be registered.

Taking multiroom just means that you can add an additional 2 devices (4 total) but thats a real gimmick as you are only allowed to watch on 2 devices at any given time.

    Sky? Free?
Can those two words even exist in the same sentence??

Sky go (streaming only, 2 devices) is free with any pack but sky go extra (4 devices, allows downloading of program and stays for only 24 or 48 hours after you start watching) is an extra €6 or free with multiroom. Box sets will only be available to HD subscribers after 30th Sept also. The sky box used to be free but not any more unless you can find an offer where its free. I think tesco clubcard boost has this offer for 7.50 euro in vouchers (20% off a years sub anyway).

2 TB HD plus box Free
    HD Plus Box upgrade €49

    Engineer install €30.

Good enough for me, happening on Thursday, HD half price, and got a significant reduction on the package as well.

I was thinking of cancelling completely, but this made it worth staying, as the HD upgrade also adds F1 to the deal, which wasn't in the previous package.

Shore, if it was easy, everybody would be doin it.😁
