Dell Inspiron 15r for college/gaming?

Hey guys,
I'm trying to help a friend pick out a laptop for college and Diablo 3.
His budget is €800 max.
After going through quite a few today, I ended up recommending him an Inspiron 15r (5520) with an i3-2370M, 720p screen, 6GB RAM, 1TB HDD and a Radeon HD 7670M (1GB). €650 all told. Not a bad deal imo.
I just want to run it by you guys to make sure I didn't leave out any other laptops that might be better.
Here are some others I was looking at, and issues I found with them:

Lenovo Thinkpad S430: GPU seems to have overheating problem.
Acer 571G: Seems to have poor heat dissipation too.
Sony Vaio E Series (14" or 15"): I've got a 1st-gen E series here, I think the build quality is poor. Also Sony used to undervolt their GPUs, I imagine that's still the practice?
Dell Vostro 3640: Apparently has noise problems, which could be very annoying in e.g. a library.
Asus K55VM: Can get for around the same price as the Dell from computeruniverse.net, but will have a German keyboard.
HP Pavilion G6-2004SD: Actually can't remember what was wrong with this one. Can be got from komplett for €640.

What do you guys think? Did I leave anything out?

I was kinda trying to steer him away from 17-inchers though, because I think they're awful to lug around college day-to-day. I even think 15.6 is too big, but it's hard to find a 14" or smaller that could run Diablo 3 and not blow up. And seeing as he's only really interested in Diablo 3 and doesn't mind not playing it on the fanciest settings, I was heading towards lower-range cards than the 650M. But that is a fantastic deal for that price though.

The Cpu is not great on that , comes with GT640M
