Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

No actual haunted house. My uncle lived in one years ago in Liverpool. They would find stuff moved around the house all the time

You're watching Insidious . I think it's funny how most people would say they don't believe in ghosts, yet most would say they believe in God. They go hand in hand so makes no sense to believe in one and not the other.

    Did you watch it yourself

Do you believe in God, do you go to church. Do you bless yourself
In the name of the father the son and the holy ghost. You live by it, but don't believe

    Most don't believe in God.

Sums Irish people up .If you ask people leaving a church if they believed in heaven they would respond '' don't be so silly, bit early in the day for that crack, go way would ya''
    Makes no sense..

Because they know the idea is a bit mental but they don't have any notion how to argue the point either way.

A lot of people go back to their religious ways as they get closer to death..because they simply just don't now and are afraid. That's all.
The reason people followed the church constantly from birth to death before was fear and tradition..both of which have died off now.

I have, but I didn't witness anything ghostly- the only noticeable thing was a dreary feeling in one room. Friends of mine own and live in a haunted house at the moment. I have seen their dog cringe and back away for no apparant reason after being happy and placid all that evening. Others have felt uncomfortable there when they were the only people in the house and they felt they were being watched. I roughly know the ritual for exorcising ghosts but don't ask me to repeat it at this hour. It is great fun.

Yeah dogs hearing noises that you cant must be ghosts :pac: And they have done experiments with EM fields that produce similar feelings in humans like being watched and so on.

Dogs can hear noises that we cannot hear but since when do those noises terrify them? I think you think people mean one thing when they say ''ghosts'', though.
