Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fog Lights not working on Nissan Almera

I have a 02 Nissan Almera, had the cat parked in airport last weekend, when I got back to the car my spotlights (front foglights) wouldn't work. They had been working perfectly before that. The light on the dash isn't coming on either and the back foglight is working perfectly, it's just the front ones. I've checked fuses and relays, which all seem ok I've even changed the switch for the foglights because that had got a bit sticky but still they're not working. Anybody any ideas what I could try next?

I know it sounds basic, but have you checked the bulbs

Unlikely to be both bulbs and the one on the dash too.

I'd be looking at fuse, relay and switch - in that order.

Had an 02 one myself a few years back. Fog lights had my heart broke replacing them, blowing the whole time, regardless of what type of gloves i used to install them. In the end i just said feck ye and didn't bother turning them on.

Agreed, but I always start withh the most basic solution, at least then its ruled out, especially considering he said he checked fuse relay and switch already

I wonder if he checked all the fuses though.
