dell laptop, windows gone, want it back .........

    i got angry with windows, and installed linux....... which is kinda anoying me more.

    is there any way to reinstall windows on the laptop?

    i just noticed there's a product key code stuck to the bottom of the laptop, i have no disc........ or am i to dwell in ubuntu hell?

    Provided you didn't erase/overwrite the hard disk reinstall: read the manual and do a HDD recovery.
    Otherwise, ring Dell and ask them for discs.

    If you can get a hold of the blue Dell operating disc, you can just re-install XP - even without the keycode. Any one of these discs will do, you can borrow one off a mate.
