Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Whats going on on the Ballysimon Rd/N24

Anyone who has driven in or out of Limerick on the Tipperary Rd in the last few weeks will have noticed the works that are going on. Last time I passed I saw what looked to be a huge drill, is this something to do with the surveying for Zinc?

No not bridge reinforcement, the Tipperary road junction is being upgraded due to the traffic queues on the motorway and they are taking core samples to facilitate foundation design etc.
