Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Recommend a plumber Dublin 20

Hoping to get some recommendations here. Have what looks like a leak in the pipes above the bathroom. Just moved to a new place and it seems as if water is coming through ceiling in the room adjacent to our bathroom on the top floor. The roof is flat with a felt covering and there was evidence of a previous leak that was patched however our structural surveyor said it had been repaired.

Now we have just moved in and on putting on the shower tonight, I noticed that the leak had re emerged. Am annoyed the surveyor didn't pick up on this but that's another story... Grrr.

As it is a flat roof we can't access to see where the leak is coming from. I guess we will need to remove the plaster on ceiling.

Anyhow, long story short id like a recommendation of a reliable plumber in D20 please.

    Any help much appreciated.

No . The leak is in the ceiling above the shower. The room below is unaffected.
