    Hi there
Wonder could someone offer an opinion. Half-thinking of upgrading my current TV.
Have a really nice 2 yo Samsung, UE40D7000, that they say is 800 hz. After a bit of calibration, it gives a great picture, good enough for me anyway.

BUT I've being thinking of upgrading to a 46in model - maybe the UE46F6500. As in, broadly similar to my current TV but within my current budget.
This is listed as 400 Hz, and it's obviously series 6 instead of 7 - that still sounds pretty good to me, but is it a massive step down?

I've been reading around this but tbh my head is spinning with all the different Samsung variations, any advice appreciated.

The set is on sale in Powercity for €830:

Pixmania have it for €779 but I gather people are a bit wary of buying from them re. returns etc? And that set isn't identical to the Irish version anyway?
