Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Extremely Dry Scalp! Help!

Hey, I've had a bit of a dry scalp/skin situation for years now. My scalp is very flaky and dry and it comes across as dandruff but I think its more than that. Sometimes it can become so dry that if I scratch it, it'll start to bleed.

The dry skin is on my ears too and I find dandruff in my eyebrows too! My neck is really dry too and red patches and becomes extremely itchy at times too. I put on moisturiser all the time but they don't really cure dryness.

I've tried 'Head & Shoulders' to help the dry scalp situation but it just makes my scalp agitated. I've also tried T-Gel but it makes minimal change

Anybody have any solutions for my scalp in particular because hardly anything I try will work

    Thanks

Rub coconut oil in and leave it on overnight with a showe cap. Wash off next morning with a mild shampoo NOT Head and Shoulders its very drying on scalp. Also could use a apple cider vinegar rinse.2:1 ratio.

Please don't post medical advice or a medical diagnosis. I've deleted two posts that did this.

OP, you need to talk to a doctor about your issue. Closing this thread as it can only result in medical advice being posted.
