Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi. I'm posting for a friend. Her son is applying for a grant from susi. He is 19 and was on jobseekers assistance.
Susi needs his income details for last year but the social welfare won't give them to him. They told him that susi can access that information themselves. However susi told him he has to get the information himself.
I would have thought the social welfare would have no issue telling a person how much they had received over a certain time period.
    Has anyone any similar experience?
    I appreciate any responses.

As long as they bring the document from SUSI requesting this information, the social welfare will provide it.

However, SUSI do have direct links to the social welfare for this information.
