Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hello,

Could anyone recommend a good place to get a guitar repaired? It's a cracked neck.

    Dublin city centre only.

    Thanks.

John Moriarty (Archtop.ie) or The Guitar Workshop. Both do great work and have experience doing those fixes:

Looking to get a 'set up' check over of a new Fender Strat (as I understand this can greatly improve the guitar). Any idea of how much it might cost (ballpark) with either of these lads ?

I'd say check out Benny at the Guitar Repair Centre on Abbey Street. I brought him an Epiphone with the head stock completely snapped off and the repair was flawless. It takes a while and it cost me around e120 but I could not fault the repair. He's a really nice guy too and will chat to you for ages if you're interested in that sort of stuff
