20" long by 12-16" wide piece of clear tempered glass. Where to buy in Dublin?

As per the title, I'm looking for a 20" long by 12-16" wide piece of tempered glass to act as a vertical splatter-proof shield for the cooking area of my counter top.

Perhaps a cutting board might work (something like http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/16-inch-x-20-inch-glass-cutting-board/1010166160) but I'd prefer it to be CLEAR glass if possible.

Any ideas where I might pick up something like this in Dublin?

Actually clear plastic glass might work as well, but worried it might not be safe beside a cooker?

Bit expensive, including delivery, though (€30)

Get a piece from your local glass supplier........ they'll cut to size, polish edges and get it toughened for you.

I would reckon so, ring around a few glazers for quotes........prices vary from shop to shop.

Cut first and toughened after.
