has anybody seen a really high waisted pencil skirt in any shops in dublin? preferably jersey-ish stretchy fabric so its not too much like office wear

Did you try River Island they had loads of them in there the last day i was in! Look at there website. As the above poster said try the highstreet there everywhere.

H&M have the perfect skirt for you. I bought one a few weeks back and it comes in black and navy, is jersey material and is really comforatble. I know Liffey Valley defo have them in. Worth a look in my opinion.
