Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Open door and between door and pillar you will see a ribbed rubber grommet, it's clipped into both pillar and door, carefully remove both, you will then see a wire loom, take a close look at all connections.... It seems you may have a lose or corroded wire on that particular door!! also when you have plugs disconnected spray both male and female faces with Electrical Contact Cleaner. Hope this helps......

hi Ardle your onto something there. I went out and disconnected the plug cleaned terminals etc. On the large brown wire there was a little insulation stripped off it but wire was intact so just wrapped in insulation tape. I reassembled and up and down she went 3 or four times then back to playing silly beggars again. That has happened before she may work once as it should but then wont pop closed. I had the panel off earlier and oiled the lock and cleaned all terminals all to no avail

Take a good hard look at 'both' sides, there's a number off wires you need to check, manipulating that brown wire probably just affected the connection on the faulty one, hence it worked for a short time.... Take your time on a bright day or with a good torch.
