    In 5 years time I see an Ireland that is now apart of the newly formed United States of Europe. Unfortunately I also see myself conscripted into an army (the USEAF) which is fighting an epic battle against the USA, the 3rd World War. This war will end all Earthly wars and will unite the human species at last.

    At the same time, the world has made first contact with an extraterrestrial race of sentient beings, the Radonians from the planet Radon in the Alpha Centauri system. They have agreed to trade their technology for our resources. So it begins, a new age for humanity, an age of space travel; to explore strange new worlds; to seek out new life and new civilizations; to boldly go where no man has gone before.
