Recommend a razor

I did a quick search but didn't come up with much so I'll drop this here. I currently shave my head with a G/Fusion type razor. It's grand for the most part but I do get a light rash at the back of my neck at times. Just wondering if there's a better razor / cream that people use? Cheers,
