Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'm having the problem on my Sky+ box where "Other Channels" I store go after a few hours, and I have to tune them in and store them again. I got Sky+ in March '04 and had to have the original box replaced. I don't have this problem on the other Sky box I have (5 years old). Any way of getting this fixed (besides getting a new Sky box)? Thanks.

    I had this problem too. I had my Sky+ box replaced 4 times. the supplier had a batch of faulty boxes (10). finally got one that worked fine. You might have to get the box replaced. Do it before your warranty expires. good luck!

    Anybody have a list of what you can tune into the Other Channels section,I have BBC3 Bbc news etc etc.I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.Thanks

    Thanks djpaul.

    I phoned Sky previously about this problem but they didn't want to know. The person I spoke with didn't understand what I meant. When I told them the channel I was trying to tune in (5Live), they said they were "unable to facilitate me".

    I'll get on to Sky again!
