Clean Black Enamel Stove Top

Hi all - just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to go about cleaning the top of a stove, as shown in the pics - its been stained from mugs being up on it, so does any one have any advice? I'm afraid that if i went re-painting it it'd come out a different colour to the rest of the stove.. pic1 pic 2
