Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know what house type would be most cost effective type to build and how much per square foot ?
Its in countryside and I like it to be about 2000 sq foot
I think bungalow with a attic converted and use velux windows in roof for upstairs windows save on costs of building dormers
    Love to hear other opinions

All things being equal, a four walled two storey house is most cost effective.
