    hi can someone somehow send me the necessary codes and steps (maybe direct me to an online users manual?) I really need to make my alarm secure for my personal use and the technician who maintains the alarm on this rented property says its not possible as he doesnt have codes. the box outside is his company and keypad was installed by another but surely its possible? I have changed codes elsewhere before so I know it's just a series of steps and codes. Thankyou so much if you can assist
