Hi, Is there any recommended shops in city centre (or close to Caherdavin would be nice) that has the aforementioned supplements? Thanks.

Well, most supermarkets, health food shops, chemists should have them. Try Holland & Barrett, Boots etc. Quality and price will vary and they can also be purchased online from sources such as Healthspan or Nature's Best.
