Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Get on to Amazon straight away and tell them about it, especially the hardware problems (sim tray popping out) - should be a straight forward replacement if you put the pressure on. When a phone is only few days old you shouldn't have to wait for a repair - I would insist on a replacement.

Amazon are usually pretty good for returns for fixing issues. I wouldn't waste any time doing it.

I haven't had that issue with the sim card before, does it seem loose when you put it back in?

    Is it a cut sim?
