Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi guys, I thought I'd start this thread for people interested in developing apps for Android (not really AppInventor thread suitable I thought), Adobe have had Flex SDK "Hero" and Flash Builder 4.5 "Burrito" out for a while now and I'll be using it for a college project, it seems to be an excellent alternative to AppInventor with a solid IDE (which is basically Eclipse).

(warning, large install file and footprint!)

To see what kind of stuff it can create download TourDeMobile Flex app from the Market

(you'll need Adobe AIR too, it'll ask to install it 1st), it shows you the basic nice UI and snippets of code (Adobes own XML schema), which you can compile with the SDK or design like Flex applications in Flash Builder 4.5, which you can then export into .APK files.

You can also try get a free license serial for FB4.5 here if you're a student (send a pic of your ID like I did) or unemployed.
