Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all, husband had an accident with his phone, dropped it an now its not working, he bought it through carphone warehouse and got an insurance policy. when he rang the insurance they said he has to pay up front for the replacement, approx 600 euro:eek: and they reimburse it through credit on his bill or a lump sumb at the end of his contract period. Can they do this? anyone else experience this or are they having a laugh!! Just seems absolutely rediculous to me that you fork out for insurance and then when you need it, you have to pay for the replacement yourself! part of the reason you get phone insurance is because you don't want to be out of pocket if something happens to it or may not have such a big amount of money available to replace it. Can't see anything in the terms and conditions about reimbursement, just that a replacement phone would be provided!!
