Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Every argument from now on will feature......."Remember the night of my birthday when you told me my hair was ....."

I've you pencilled in for a few novenas and many decades of the rosary. I'm lighting a candle for you too.

My OH and I don't play that game. When I (often) tell her she's beautiful, she knows I mean it. She trusts my opinion. When she tells me I look like a Duffy's Circus clown that has fallen on hard times, she is usually right.

OP is correct to let his girl know if he genuinely feels she doesn't look her best. Seemingly this is important to wimmins

OP, just to avoid ambiguity, can you clarify whether you meant badger as opposed to bagger?

Badger. Definitely badger. *damned auto correct*

Firstly, leave her calm down. When she has, tell her you're sorry for laughing and that it's not that bad. Tell her if you hadn't had the conversation about her sister then it wouldn't have been funny at all, it's just a bit naff but the lead-up made it worse. Grovel. Then do something nice for her without her having to ask. The key is sincerity. Fake that and you're in the clear.

That really gave us a giggle here. I've just got to remember this line for future use:D

Peace is restored. Much grovelling to be had. But peace is restored.

Haven't you heard? Dead badger is all the rave, but yes, you are right, hump backed whale is so last year.
