Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

P45 & social welfare-ADVICE REQ

27-03-2012 4:47pm#1if you resign how long are you waiting on social welfare? its a long story but its not being done for the sake of signing on ,
if your sacked how long before you can sign on and more importantly
how do the s/w know if you resign or have been sacked is there something on your p45, say if you resign and get your p45 more or less straight away?
just considering options here but its not being done light heartedly! so pls just if you have valuable advice it would be appreciated

if you have your P45 and go to sign on the welfare may ask if you could get a letter saying you were let go but if you cant get it then its only a big deal if you dont have the sufficient insurable weeks paid to claim JSB
If you have the correct amount of insurable weeks then its normally no problem and you will get it once all the required documents are supplied to the welfare so thats your call as to when you get it, normally once you submitted everything you will get it the next day that is relevant for payment ( JSB and on the letter of your last name)
If your applying for JSA then its means tested so you didnt have sufficient insurable weeks so this takes longer (not sure of exact time it depends on office to office as to how busy they are really)0 -

well it would be jsb being applied for, and it would be resignation due to "stress and bullying" so thinking of resigning and rather than having a breakdown of some sort
