Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have an interview for this position in the next few days. I'm trying to find out as much as I can about the role, but I can't find a whole pile of information. Is anyone currently working as a student support worker?Any tips for what might be asked in the interview? Any idea of what the position might entail? Thanks.

I've never heard of it to be honest. Where would you be based, as in a school or what? Are there any clues in the job advertisement, duties or responsibilities etc?

It will involve assisting students who are having difficulties in school. I think it ranges from primary to secondary school. There was very little information in the job description. I'm not sure if its more of an admin/coordinator role or if its an actual in class role. Thanks for the reply anyway!

Thanks. I've just found out it's through the school completion programme. Maybe a mod could edit the title for me. Cheers
