How to purchase sovereign debt?

    Hi, was looking for a brokerage that allows the purchase of sovereign debt (specifically Irish). Has anyone come across one, or any method of buying without a brokerage?

    This is not a post on the wisdom of such an investment, simply a question on the method!

    Thanks for the reply, actually just after getting off the phone with them. Was talking to the guy that made the spreadsheet, he says it's exhaustive.
