Yeah i got an error too but I when I checked my live account it had been applied.
Also got an email from Microsoft telling me I successfully redeemed the code!
Strange but did work...

yeah lads I'm getting an error Error code 801613c9 which means the code is already redeemed now I've tried it on both the xbox one and via windows 8 and get the same error! just emailed them at support@g2a.com, I suggest you do the same! I'll post back here if I get anything back from their support!

Had that error when I entered my code thought I got done but went to settings and it showed my year added and didn't have to enter phone number went went through PayPal and it went to webpage with the code after couple of minutes

actually seems to me a Microsoft issue as after a few minutes I went back in and my subscription appeared with the expire date in 2015,

I don't think these expire. Certainly waiting a month wouldn't be a problem.

Just ordered 12 months there, and it came through in the time it took for the kettle to boil, very fast service..
Also saw they had a one month for like 3 euro or something. I paid 10 the last time..

For people having trouble, just tried to redeem my code there and it came up as 'code not valid' - when I went back to the g2a site page with mycode on it I clicked the 'SCAN' link below it and one of the numbers was different, entered this code and it worked (after giving an error message)

i purchased two of these and both times i got that error message but they both worked when i looked at my end of subscription date so all good..

Had read that here and was hoping that was the case but checked my end date and it hadn't changed, was all set to email them when I saw they advise you to check the scan before mailing them.
