A fiver gets you a downloadable copy for your PS3 and PSP. Seems like a very good deal for a classic game. Boom.

Fantastic deal for a great game. If you haven't played this by now, you really should! Graphics aside, the storyline and gameplay are key factors in keeping MGS fresh.

Like that one (or few) cheesy 80s movie that everyone quotes from, you can do the same with MGS.

Although, one 'trick' would be lost on the digital download (looking for Meryl's codec).

    She will
give up on you and ring you herself if you take forever to solve it
though, so ultimately no harm no foul.

(Not my proudest gaming moment. :( )

Never knew that! There are new things about this game I'm only learning now. Like if you put your TV's audio output to mono and ring up the Colonel, he'll start explaining the benefits of having a stereo tv (For the
    Hind D fight
    ).

And Mantis, when you have to
stick the controller in to port 2 so he 'can't read your mind'
    . Genius

AND to get past the wolves you have to
    equip Sniper Wolf's handkerchief
    .

Hideo was (and probably still is) ahead of his time.
