Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Dia dhaoibh.

Ba mhaith liom a bheith i mo mhúinteoir Gaeilge. Ach seo í an fhadhb, rinne mé staidear ar Ghaeilge agus dlí san ollscoil so ní bheadh mé in ann ach Gaeilge amháin a mhúineadh. Chuala mé go bhfuil easpa múinteoiríGaeilge faoi láthair ach táim fós nerbhiseach faoi. An gheobhainn post le ábhar amháin?

    GRMA

-Considering doing the PME for secondary school teaching but I studied Law and Irish so I would only be able to teach Irish. I heard there's a lack of Irish teachers but I'm still unsure - would I be on half hours...etc?

    Thanks

Níl fhios agam cinnte ach nach mbeidh tú ábalta 'civics' a muineadh leis an céim i ndlí?

Cheap mé é sin fresin ach bhí mé i dteagmháil le an Teaching Council agus dúirt siad liom mo chéim a sheol isteach chun é a sheacáil - ar chostas €200 :/

Teastaíonn 60 ECT creidiúintí in ábhar eile - mar sh. Matamaitic, Fraincis, & rl - uait chun a bheith i do mhúinteoir. Is é Higher Diploma in Arts an t-ainm atá ar an gcáilíocht ach i ndáiríre níl sé ach 60 ECTs ó mhodúil áirithe ar an gcéim BA.

Léigh tríd an gcáipéis a leanas ó thaobh na coinníollacha/riachtanas ón gComhairle Mhúinteoireachta maidir le gach ábhar:

Teaching Council Registration: Curricular Subject Requirements (PostPrimary)

Téigh i dteagmháil le UCD nó ollscoil eile. Cuirfidh siadsan ar an eolas thú. Seans ann go bhféadfá TFC nó OSSP srl a dhéanamh.
