Can't open the boot (Renault Megane)

Hi, Looking for help. I have a 2001 renault megane and I cant open the boot. The central locking seems to be on the blink. I have changed the battery to see if that was the problem but it did not work. There is no key-lock on the boot. So I cant get into the boot. How can I solve this and will it cost ? Cheers.

Hi,
