    hi all
    I'm thinking about trying to learn web design and i'd like to know what is the best way to try and get started. i have put my name down for a fas Web Page Design (Intro) as i am not working at the min but i'd love to know if there is any good places i could learn things about it.

    http://www.lynda.com/ is good but you'll need to sign up. There are also plenty of html videos on youtube.

    yea i got http://www.lynda.com/ me and my friend seen a few thing on it we'd like so it's worth getting it for a month. i'm thinking at the min to see what i can learn from this site and maybe had a evening or full-time course as well

    Hey i did the fas (intro to webdesign), it was more informational then actual learning web design...I am currently doing the fas (web design with adobe dreamweaver) and its great!! you should check it out.

    I always thought the prospectus for that course sounded better than some of the fee-paying courses available. Good to hear it's as good as it sounds.
