Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Oil Burner issue

Having problems with the oil burner.

It was not turning on, but lowered the temperature gauge and it turned on. But no heat came to the radiator and it just knocked off. If i leave it a few minutes and move the gauge it will turn on but again no heat to radiators. It will not turn on if i move the gauge up to what it was at this morning.

It has been working fine for last few weeks and only got oil last Friday and the guy that delivered the oil said he bled the furnace.

It being new years day i cannot get a call out. Have new born baby so really need it working.

If boiler pipes are hot and rad cold its the pump.
If you have a zone heating turn on all areas. If one area don't work its then the motorized valve.

You have had two good guesses as to it being a circulating pump problem.
