Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My son has just gone into 5th class, he's 10, very tall and slight. He's also constantly hungry.

What do you give your child when they come home from school as a snack before their tea??

He's picky enough, I'm just fed up of giving him the same stuff and need some inspiration!
    Thanks

Between lunch and tea I give mine one of these (they are younger though, maybe your lad needs two?)
    -cracker and cheese
    -fruit (banana or apple)
    -handful of nuts
    -ricecake with peanut butter
-a glass of smoothie (Blended yoghurt and fruit).

I remember coming home from Primary School with my sister and loved it when our mum had freshly made scone for us! It filled the gap until dinner time.
