For anyone who trains on the east coast http://m.independent.ie/irish-news/news/swimming-banned-at-sandymount-and-killiney-beaches-30437232.html The notice follows the results of samples taken today which showed a high levels of E. Coli and Enterococci contaminants.

Literally just finished reading this article and was about to post, total pain given the weather and not to mention anyone training for triathlons etc. Lets hope we get the all clear as soon as possible.
